SÜSS MicroTec relies on CAS Merlin CPQ for efficient processes

SÜSS MicroTec, one of the world's leading manufacturers of equipment and process solutions for microstructure applications, uses CAS Merlin CPQ as a central solution for optimizing complex customer requirements. The German-based company, which has been in business for over 70 years, offers specialized solutions for areas such as back-end lithography and photomask cleaning.

Thanks to the implementation of CAS Merlin CPQ, SUSS MicroTec was able to establish a standardized configuration process and save around €360,000 in additional costs. Dr.-Ing. Tim Bruchmueller, Head of Platform and Systems of Group RnD at SUSS MicroTec, emphasizes:

Particular emphasis was placed on supporting even highly customizable products with common configurable standards.
