Duplicate checking

The duplicate checker function determines whether addresses have been stored in duplicate or if there are multiple versions of the same address in your system, which perhaps only have slight differences between them. After checking, any duplicates are merged together to streamline your address data stocks and to prevent any loss of information. In addition, a duplicate check during data entry prevents duplicates from occuring as it can check to see whether an address is already available in your database.
